High Performance/Fanless/ Low-noise Operation

The challenge is to carefully calculate the heating coefficients of the whole system and implement with passive cooling design only with extruded aluminum fins to dissipate heat of CPU and chipset efficiently out of the whole controller by convectional way. All Rigid-series has verified their reliability and stability with fan-less operation under different -40~70°C environmental testing.

- Operating 20G (11ms), Non-operating 40G with HDD
- Crash 80G (11ms)

Heat distribution, system orientation, surface emissivity and hot spot will be factored into mechanical design to have the best heat-dissipation.
